You agree to use the GenieTok™ platform at your own risk. The Service, including all AI-powered generation, hosting, deployment, CRM, email, social media, and visual editor features, is provided strictly subject to our Terms of Use. By using the Service, you accept full responsibility for any consequences arising from your use of the platform or the content you create with it.

2. No Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AppDaddys, Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or virus-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any AI-generated output
• Warranties that defects will be corrected or that the Service will meet your specific requirements

3. Independent Verification

You are solely responsible for independently verifying any output produced by the Service before relying on it for commercial, legal, medical, financial, regulatory, or other consequential decisions. AppDaddys, Inc. is not your attorney, accountant, doctor, financial advisor, or compliance officer.

4. Deployment & Third-Party Infrastructure

When you deploy applications built on GenieTok™ to third-party providers (such as Vercel) or integrate with third-party services (such as Stripe, ElevenLabs, Fal.ai, or any AI engine vendor), you do so at your own risk and subject to the terms, pricing, uptime, and policies of those third parties. AppDaddys, Inc. is not responsible for outages, data loss, billing disputes, or security incidents originating with any third-party provider.

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AppDaddys, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, the content you generate, your deployments, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

BY USING GENIETOK™, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. THIS RISK ACKNOWLEDGEMENT IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE INTO OUR TERMS OF USE, PRIVACY POLICY, COOKIE POLICY, FAIR USAGE POLICY, AND AI LIMITATIONS POLICY.
