Fair Usage Policy

1. Overview

All plans on the GenieTok™ platform, operated by AppDaddys, Inc., are subject to this Fair Usage Policy. This Policy is designed to ensure equitable access to compute resources, AI engines, and platform infrastructure for every subscriber across all tiers.

2. Credits, Tokens & AI Engine Selection

GenieTok™ allocates a monthly pool of credits and tokens to each subscription plan. The actual number of usable credits or tokens may decrease based on the AI engine (LLM) selected to generate content. More powerful, higher-cost engines (e.g., flagship reasoning models, premium image and video models) consume credits at a higher rate than lighter, faster engines.

• The specific AI engine (LLM) selected for a generation task
• The complexity and length of the prompt and the output
• Whether the task involves multimodal input (text + image + audio)
• Use of premium tools such as Sora 2 video, ElevenLabs voice, or Fal.ai image generation
• Number of revisions, regenerations, or follow-up turns in a conversation

3. Reasonable Use Expectations

While our plans are generously provisioned, GenieTok™ reserves the right to throttle, queue, or temporarily limit usage that materially exceeds the typical pattern of subscribers on the same tier. Activities considered outside of fair use include, but are not limited to:

• Automated, scripted, or programmatic generation outside of officially supported APIs
• Sustained generation at volumes substantially higher than the 95th percentile of users on the same plan
• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing AI generations or credits without prior written consent
• Operating shared accounts across multiple unrelated users or organizations
• Circumventing rate limits, queue mechanisms, or tier restrictions

4. Throttling, Pausing & Suspension

If usage on an account materially impacts the experience of other subscribers, AppDaddys, Inc. may, at its sole discretion:

• Apply soft rate limits or temporary queuing
• Pause access to premium AI engines until the next billing cycle
• Require an upgrade to a higher tier or the purchase of additional credit packs
• Suspend or terminate the account in cases of abuse, fraud, or repeated violations

We will, whenever reasonably possible, notify the account holder before applying restrictions and provide an opportunity to remediate.

5. Credit Roll-Over & Top-Ups

Unused credits on monthly plans expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over unless explicitly stated. Add-on credit packs purchased a-la-carte follow the expiration terms displayed at the time of purchase. Credits, once consumed, are non-refundable.

6. Changes to This Policy

AppDaddys, Inc. may update this Fair Usage Policy at any time to reflect changes in our infrastructure, model costs, or industry practices. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
