AI Limitations Policy

1. AI Doesn't Always Get It Right

GenieTok™ is powered by a constantly evolving stack of large language models, image models, audio models, and video models supplied by multiple third-party providers. Artificial Intelligence is a probabilistic technology — it does not always get it right. Depending on the wording of your prompt, the AI may or may not be able to complete your task, may produce partial results, or may hallucinate content that looks plausible but is factually incorrect.

2. Re-Runs Consume Credits

You may be required to re-run a task — whether to refine the result, correct an error, or try a different AI engine. Each re-run is treated as an independent generation request and will deduct additional tokens and/or credits from your balance. This applies regardless of whether the previous result was satisfactory.

• Re-issuing the same prompt to obtain a different variation
• Selecting a different AI engine for the same task
• Editing or refining a prompt and submitting again
• Multi-turn follow-ups that build on a previous response
• Regenerating images, audio, or video previously produced

3. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Fitness for Purpose

AI-generated content from GenieTok™ — including text, code, designs, audio, video, and entire applications — is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". AppDaddys, Inc. does not warrant that the output will be accurate, complete, current, error-free, fit for any particular purpose, free of bias, or compliant with any legal or regulatory framework applicable to your industry.

• Reviewing and validating every AI-generated output before publishing, deploying, or relying on it
• Testing all AI-generated code for security vulnerabilities and functional correctness
• Confirming that AI-generated marketing, legal, medical, financial, or compliance content meets the standards required by your jurisdiction and industry
• Disclosing the use of AI-generated content where required by applicable law

You are solely responsible for:

4. Model Drift, Deprecation & Engine Substitution

Model providers regularly update, deprecate, retire, or rename their underlying models. As a result, the same prompt may yield different outputs over time. AppDaddys, Inc. may substitute the underlying model selected for a given engine with a newer or equivalent version without prior notice, in order to maintain stability and performance of the Service.

5. Prohibited AI Outputs

You agree not to use the AI features of GenieTok™ to generate content that:

• Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, or sexually exploitative
• Targets, profiles, or impersonates real individuals without their consent
• Promotes self-harm, violence, or illegal activity
• Misrepresents AI-generated content as authentic human-created or expert-issued material in regulated industries
• Violates intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party

6. Acknowledgement

By using GenieTok™, you expressly acknowledge that AI is an evolving technology and you accept the inherent limitations described in this policy. You agree that re-runs, retries, and refinements are an expected part of working with generative AI and that the associated credit/token consumption is not eligible for refund or credit restoration.
